Grants Funding in a nutshell

Grants is a growth finance expert company that focuses on utilizing public funding as part of companies’ growth strategies.

We help our clients with, among other things:

Business Finland funding (e.g. Sprint, R&D loan)
development grants from the Finnish Centre for Economic Development
EU-level funding (EICA, Eurostars, etc.).

Our core philosophy is simple: every funding application is part of a larger whole. That’s why we don’t optimize individual applications, but build funding paths.

Where did it all start?

Grants was created in 2019 to make applying for well-deserved grants so easy for good companies that it makes them smile.

Traditionally, funding has been applied for as stand-alone applications without a long-term plan. Grants was designed to change this.

We built an operating model where:

funding is planned as part of the company’s growth path
the latest data and technology are used to help
the customer receives an ongoing partnership, not a single project.

We call this the “public funding as a service” model.

What is it like to work at Grants?

Our EIC Accelerator application was a major undertaking. It was incredibly valuable to have an expert on board with experience in similar projects. It radically reduced our workload. The larger and more complex the application, the more valuable Grants’ support becomes.

If you don't have previous experience applying for public funding, an AI tool alone won't get you through it. Grants was essential to our success, and they significantly lightened my own workload during the process.

Working with Grants' funding expert made the process easy and clear. Without Grants, the application would have taken much more time, and mistakes in the application would have caused extra work for us later on.

We simply wouldn’t have the time to build an entire application ourselves. With Grants, the application comes together effortlessly. I can just go for a walk with my dog and sort things out with a quick call along the way.
