Nordic software company Plentics specializes in solutions designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Plentics enables IT service providers to reduce manual workloads, enhance security and scale their businesses efficiently.
The Plentics Suite product family is a centralized management platform that automates and streamlines the administration of clients’ Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune environments, as well as end-user devices.
During their long partnership, Plentics and Grants have successfully secured multiple funding grants, including Business Finland’s Market Explorer and an ELY Centre ERDF -grant.
Seamless collaboration
Plentics COO Jouko Kukko praises the expertise of Grants’ funding expert Mikko Hölli, and notes that Hölli quickly convinced him of the benefits of the collaboration. Hölli quickly grasped the company’s business model and objectives, and the applications were prepared smoothly and efficiently.
“Mikko is a skilled listener and writer. He quickly understands what we do and knows how to present it correctly in the application. We wouldn’t have had the resources to navigate the details ourselves, and without guidance, we would have easily used the wrong phrasing.”

Kukko emphasizes that the funding expert also helped clarify the project and maintain key deadlines. By processing raw material from the company, the expert helped structure a clear application that satisfied all formal requirements of the funding instrument.
“Mikko worked quickly, efficiently and proactively – keeping us on track whenever some critical materials were needed. He ensured that the project stayed on schedule and that all essential details were presented clearly in the application.”
Building a funding roadmap
Kukko recommends Grants’ services to growth-oriented companies seeking expansion in Finland, the Nordics, Europe or globally. He highlights Grants’ comprehensive services, which span from national grants and EU funding to managing equity funding rounds.
“Grants helps growth companies build a clear and sustainable funding roadmap, combining different grants and identifying the right opportunities for each phase of growth.”
