Do you want to be part of shaping the future of European healthcare through technology and science?
We are looking for an experienced EU-funding specialist to strengthen our EU Health team. Your role is to build and lead successful international consortia that tackle key healthcare challenges, from rare diseases to environmental health.
Your core work will be Horizon Europe Cluster 1 (Health). You will help our clients to turn promising innovative ideas, from early concepts to concrete results, that have a real impact on patients’ lives and the European healthcare system.
Your key responsibilities
- Form multinational public and private sector consortia around Horizon Europe Health themes.
- Develop and guide the consortia with the core content of applications (objectives, impact, work packages, and risk management).
- Act as a trusted partner for consortium partners in planning technology and funding strategies.
- Lead workshops and strategic negotiations between consortium partners.
- Prepare competitive and top-quality EU funding applications.
- Identify new funding opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Ensure that projects are strategically aligned with both client and EU priorities.
What we expect from you
- At least 5 years of experience in health technologies, life sciences or related consulting and development tasks.
- Solid knowledge of EU research and innovation funding, in particular Horizon Europe Cluster 1 (Health).
- Evidence of successfully funded EU projects (writing and/or coordinating application process).
- Experience in leading multicultural and multidisciplinary consortia.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation and communication skills in English (Finnish language skills a strong advantage).
- Analytical thinking skills, a practical approach and the ability to complete projects even within a tight deadline.
